The ENERGY IRAQ 2025, an important event in the energy transition field in the Middle East, concluded successfully at the Erbil International Exhibition Center from September 23rd to 26th. Resun & Restar showcased high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, energy storage systems, and solutions at the exhibition, becoming one of the highlights.
This exhibition came at a crucial juncture when the power system crisis in Iraq was intensifying. After the nationwide power outage in the summer of 2025, there was a huge gap between Iraq’s peak power demand of 54GW and its actual capacity of only 17GW, making distributed energy a necessary solution.
During the exhibition, we didn’t just show off our leading tech strength and global strategic plan in the photovoltaic energy storage area to Iraq and the world market. We also became a real hit at the exhibition because our product designs met local needs. That attracted a bunch of visitors and industry partners to come over, have a chat, and talk in depth.
The ENERGY IRAQ 2025 exhibition really made us feel how urgent Iraq’s energy transition is and how much potential the market has. In this market that’s driven by basic survival needs, we don’t just supply stable photovoltaic energy storage equipment.
